    Immediately after paying for the course Licensed Massage Therapy, I was informed that the start of the course was getting delayed. I explained that the new timeframe does not work for me and requested my money back. Since that point I have been threatened, badmouthed and exposed to intimidation tactics by the owner On DEC 11, 2023 CASH PAYMENT for USD 50 Application Fee and USD ***** Enrollment Fee (Non Refundable) and requested to have this amount USD ***** returned as per the change of school time 5 weeks delay from original plan On DEC 12, 2023 CREDIT CARD PAYMENT for USD ******** (Disputed by **** of America) 14, 2023 CREDIT CARD PAYMENT for USD ******** (Disputed by **** of America) The owner of this business holds the enrollment and application fee and not intend to return any of them as well as the tuition fee. However I was only able to dispute with credit card for tuition fee because I paid by credit card but enrollment fee and application fee I was forced to pay by CASH and this amount is still holding by school and not intends to return me

    Signed a contract with our school and elected to withdraw due to scheduling conflicts. All refundable portions of the tuition in the amount of $4000 have been returned last week and the non refundable portion of $1200 is forfeited with the signed contract, she has chosen to defame my business with this falsified complaint to BBB and also posting 1 star reviews to continue defamation with her ********** of friends and family. If you need proof of the contract happy to send it. Upon further investigation, it appears this individual has deep associations with a Thai ****** service. It also appears he was trying to use my institution as cover to start her own potential ****** services perhaps in the ****************.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.     [First of all there is no scheduel conflict as ********************* mentioned. The Class was set for JANUARY 26, **** till JANUARY 2, **** and I signed contract and paid enrollment fee ***** USD and Application Fee USD 50 by CASH forced by ********************* for the class for this schedule on December 11, 2023. 

    On the same night *********************** sent me a credit card payment for tuition down payment at USD *****.-

    On December 26, 2023, *********************** texted me to ***** the class not to start till MARCH which is 5 weeks after the original plan and I not accept the change then she offered a full refund because she change the date after a contract sign which meaned she breaks the contract NOT me and interm of the change, she should get a permission or consent from me but I not agree with the new schedule. Therefore I have the right to get a full refund eventhough it is NON refundable contract refer to business and education laws 

    On January 8, ****, I gave a final notice and she played a tactical by not return me any tuition or all appication fee, enrollment fee. So I contacted **** of america to dispute on credit card payment because I had been waiting for her as she promised to send me a check but never sent.

    My disputed amount was reserved on 20 January **** at USD ***** not USD ***** as she mention and the amount that she lied to return is at USD 3,883.-  (***** - 116 credit card fee). It is proof that she never wanted to return any money to me and I must disputed with **** of anerican. On 22 Jan ****, after she got a notification from the ****, she texted me and lied to me that she and her lawyer want to return me by credit car at ***** and It will take upto 48 hours, Infact I got it reserved to my account since the 20 JAN ****. 

    I am still expecting to get my ***** USD (appication fee 50 and enrollment fee *****) which I was asked to pay by cash back. and she has no right to hold this amount refer to the Consumer Protection guidelines.     I am specifically looking at: "Chapter 29  MISCELLANEOUS CONSUMER PROTECTION RIGHTS, 29. 9. Private Correspondence And Vocational Schools."

    "Any correspondence or vocational school which has a physical presence in ***** must be licensed and bonded by the **************** of ********** Physical presence includes a business address or a school representative in the State. [...] Violation of these licensing laws can result in a 'civil violation' and a forfeiture of up to $1,000. Additionally, a violation of these licensing laws would most probably be an unfair trade practice violation.

    Under ***** regulations of the ********** of *********** and ******** Services, the schools contract must tell you:
    A. The names of the courses youll take; the number of hours that classes meet each week or the number of ******s for home study schools.
    B. The amount of tuition, with the enrollment fee and all other charges for equipment, books, tools, deposits, and so on listed separately.
    C. The total cost of the course or an explanation of the payment plan if you pay installments instead of all at once.
     
    The law also requires schools to make refunds if you change your mind. Heres how the refunds work:
    A.You can get all your money back if classes have not started and you change your mind within three days of signing the contract.
    B. If you wait more than three days, but classes still havent started, you can get most of your money back. In this case the school can keep the registration fee (which cannot exceed $100).

    Reference to defaming my charactor as a prostitution, individula ****** service, this is one of her tactic to threat me and harras me with a hope to get my negative respose additionally, she mention that she had my *** ******* that I am an ****** service. i want her to proof this as well and she is not getting invole with anoter lawsuite by this defaming my charactor.  My 15 years career had been as Diector and Owner representave from international hotel brand. I move to *** to set up restaurant and spa business with my profesinalim and true hospitality. I cannot accept anyone who defame and or harras me on my charator and I will do every way to give her a ****** of her life

    With all experience I have with this unprofessional handling owner and to alart anyone not to be a victim by *********************, this information has been sharing to ******** *************** and ******************* world wide. 

    I attached reference information with time frame, a proof of study schedule, text message, signed contract  with clear explantion in attahements 

    Agian, this case has been brought up to another section of ********** of ********** and Law Suite. Soonest I get my USD *****.- retrun. I may consider to remove the case from other sections

    Second complaint is the same as the first. Response is the same. After complainant was informed virtual hours are not contact hours and are not allowed by legal statute, she/he/they began combing through the contract for allowable exits. The Program calendar was adjusted from natural disaster beyond human control. The end date was not changed, content was only to be condensed and the built in additional 30 hours of the 530 hours were absorbed by the change, still however satisfying the state required 500 hours for licensure. Upon learning of the adjustment, the complainant claimed she/he/they was now moving to ******* to open a massage business. In our initial interactions complainants intentions were made known that the ***** license was going to be used in state  as it was not valid in other states. 

    I do not take kindly being used to legitimize another persons immoral or illegal intent. Since  the interaction, my ****** profile, and website is being attacked by bots and fake profiles originating from ********. A ******* travel search with the complainants name reveals her promotional ****** services videos. 

    All applicable refunds have been made in the amount of $3999 even though not legally obligated to do so. This is my final correspondence on this matter regardless of BBB outcome.

    Additionally, with disorganized and lunatic tactic of ********************* owner of the school shows mixed up information for duration of studying months (13 months and 14 months and payment plan with 15 months.     The Program calendar was adjusted from natural disaster beyond human control, this is the proofed that program was adjusted, so school admitted that it has been CHANGED and ADJUSTED as per her statement on this report Better Business Bureau she mentioned and this is the fact.

    The flood in ********* occurred in beginning of December 2023 and school originally was planned to open on 26 JANUARY **** which is over 45 days prior to school start, in a truthful and professionalism on responsibility being a manner of institution, this must be able to conduct the class on time

    It is clearly seen that *********************** and school could not conduct the class which caused by not enough student or only me that who enrolled therefore she postponed the class to MARCH **** which is 3 and half month total 110 days from the flood date and use the situation from the flood as an excuse.  

    Beside; her place/school has been still operated and offered service with her client as usual. Therefore there is no point to postpone to 110 days. With an explanation of avoid snowy month, emphasized that school did not give enough afford to plan well prior giving an advertisement as original plan to start from JANUARY **** and I was not informed about this condition prior and or upon settling my payment


    This unprofessional handling situation shows her intention of ignorance and lack of responsibility to admit what is the right way to do.    


    The ************** allows to conduct online class reference to other school program out-line (such as Spa Tech Institution located in ********* ***** same state) unless Panacea School of Integrative Health has limitation of ability and dysfunctioning group of people dont know how to conduct and giving a deceitfulness to public

    *********************** was informed my intention of the study since I called for enquiry and emphasized in person again at school on 11 DEC 2023; same date that I paid for application and enrollment fee, that I have been planning to open restaurant and spa and currently we are having business in ********. With original time frame with graduation date in JANUARY **** are perfectly fine with our business plan. About moving to ************* is one of our business extension which is planning to set up after graduation!
    Massage Therapy license is transferrable between states when having **** examination and some state required additional hours prior approved license which cause by only 1 **** months additionally. This point I have been aware of and It is in my vision if I graduated and I should move to other state I must do a transfer. Therefore, my need to get graduation on time in JANUARY **** as advertising by Panacea School of Integrative Health is what I paid for.  Again it clearly seen that her ability, limited knowledge of this point are not suited to own any business or school, only what we have seen on her communication is full of dishonest and lunatic tactic to confuse people who dont know the fact

    My business and my moving to other state, is out of *********************** and school business and it is different topic to discuss. School responsibility and business is to conduct the class as promised where and when your student paid for and if you cannot keep your promise you are obligated to refund to student as per your school decided to CHANGE the date right after student paid, and your new time frame not match with student need.

    (I hope *********************** and her team have ability and knowledge enough to understand how to run business and respect the law)

    She mentioned, threated, harassed several times by text messages and even on her replied to this platform above that It appears this individual has deep associations with a **** ****** service It also appears he was trying to use my institution as cover to start her own potential ****** services perhaps in the ****************.

    As A Platform of Better Business Bureau which is going to be posted and public worldwide, I am now asking ********************* and her school to proof on her statement to provide police report that she reported earlier and her deep investigation that I am an individual prostitution, human trafficking and *** ****** group from ********. Otherwise all her world and report is full of lie and discrimination to me which I have been setting up another lawsuit to handle on a discrimination and defame on my character case with her separately.

    As this case, has been sharing worldwide among US Therapist, **** Therapist and ************************************************ to warn and aware of Panacea School of Integrative Health behavior especially *********************. The shared information is based on true story as same as what I am reporting here and other lawsuit sections with full explanation, clear time line and a proof of ******* Text Message. Therefore, it is her responsibility to deal with those people and give them a clear explanation what and why YOU CALL ME as prostitute, *** ****** service ? Why you not return Enrollment fee and application fee ***** USD to me when you decided to change the study calendar and the change made after my payment.


    I do not know personally those people who went to your business review, those can be your decent client, other students and people who found this case where I shared on different platforms both ************** organization and a group of industry to help other be mindful and aware of *********************** and Panacea School of Health Integrative behavior and the way how she/he/they handle. I have been given her more than enough time to refund all of my money and not to share this information to anyone. As everyone here see that she decided to hold all of my money and not even intended to return me a tuition until I disputed on credit card.

    As I have been a management in International Brand and ********** Channel name : Hotelierz Travel is about hotel education, travel blogs NONE of any content related to *** ****** as **********************. And for knowledge of limitation understanding of ***********************, ******* has a filter and therefore no any sexual content allowed to post and share on *******.


    The department of education has been reported on her group f teacher in school who rates school its self as 5 star review which is scamming her own business with their intention to give their fake 5 star review to blind other people.  (This is a proof of dishonest of the school) >>>Please see attached file for tagible evidences , explanation with picture, screen short and time-line
