    early May I discussed having a method of changing the water flow on my property away from my structures with ***** *******. ***** was shown videos of rivers running throughout my property, & ***** proposed digging a ditch in the wooded area of my property & through my field to the ditch on the *******************. May 6 ***** stated he was hoping the end of the week to start the project, I contacted ***** many times for when the project may start, ***** constantly came up with excuses & put me off, On May 29 I wrote a $1,200 check to ***** ******* for the ditch(earth work) his son **** had dug on my property. We had torrential *********** there was excessive water flow in my field ditch, it was washing away a lot of soil and causing erosion. On July 16, 2024 I contacted ***** asking what he recommended for the erosion in my *****, ***** responded rip rap would work very well, it's 4 or 6 in rock. ***** was rather evasive when I inquired how much he would charge to install rip rap in my ditch. July 23 I questioned ***** whether the ditch was deep enough, ***** said it was. On July 24 ***** and his son **** showed up at my place in the rain, and I wrote ***** a check for $1,400. ***** is familiar with the wetness and water issues with my property, he mowed my lawn for 5 weeks last ********** purchase firewood from him. ***** went bombing out around my structures and into my field, got stuck several times, they used their skid steer to pull the truck out of ruts at least a foot deep ruts, this happened twice that day. I walked my dogs that evening and what a mess. There were ruts all through my ************* had taken a load of the rocks I paid for & pushed them into the ruts he made & pushed a lot of them off to the sides of the ditch where it enters my field. I have requested numerous times that ***** ******* provide me itemized receipts, he still has not. ***** mutilated my field, altered a rock wall that is a property line. I need receipts for legal actions.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  ******* earth works should be shut down, they are a shady business and extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. **** , one of the sons, has a bad temper and no respect towards women. I have asked at least 30 times for itemized receipts and ***** *******, owner,  tells me h*** get them to me, but still has not. His words are empty and meaningless, not to be trusted whatsoever.
