    In first week of November 2023 after paying $4200.00 for material Affordable Services of ********* started to install the metal roof. I then gave the owner ***************************** a check for $2150.00 per our contract.. The next day they proceeded to remove the gutters by ripping them off the roof where there was no instructions in the contract that roof gutters was to be removed. At that point I stopped them and had someone else finish the job and had to pay another business for new gutters as we couldn't use the gutters because they were remove off the roof forcefully and unable to reuse them. In contact with him he promise to refund the $2150.00 back. After numerous emails and lies that he would be in contact and come over to give us our money back we still did not get it. Contract specify job to be done in 2 to 3 days. After one week with only 2 sheet of roof metal and ripped off gutters everything was done incorrectly. That is when we told him to stop and had to hire another company to fix his mistake before they could finish the job.
