    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint and do not expect to. Three times he was given an opportunity and all three times he backed out for different reasons. We will probably have to resolve this through the courts, which will be our next step.air his work. ***** agreed stating it sounded fair to him. ***** asked me to leave his tools on my porch in which I told him he would not get his tools unless he had cash for me at the same time. We had an agreement to meet to exchange tools for our refund that day on 11/12/22, which he cancelled. We then agreed to meet on 11/16/22, that exchange was cancelled by ***** as well. We once again arranged to meet ***** in the police station parking lot on 11/18/22 at a given 4:30 pm.. ***** texted one hour prior to that time and said he would not be giving our money back and would attempt to put a lien on our home for stolen property. ***** stated we were threatening him and trying to use his tools to extort money from him.*** arranged for ***** to pick up his tools the next day on 11/19/22 as he clearly was not going to refund us anything. ***** signed a paper stating he collected all belongings left at our property. ***** has made no attempt to refund our money.We have all texts as well as photos of the work done.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    I have attached some of the photos of ***** Cummings paint job. These were taken after he stated the job was complete and ready for a walk thru.
