    This is a two part review as ***************************** practice of Quality Property Management is turning into a legal is***. One part is our experience with the service levels & second part the cause for criminal & civil complaint.Quality Property Management service level; Consistent with what you will find on other review sites - ***** starts off very personable & professional when trying to earn your business. Hes got a portal for tenants and owners to view the financials and etc. HOWEVER, as time goes on and tenants start complaining one thing that stays consistent - he becomes nothing but negligent towards paying vendors, answering tenants calls, and replying to the owner (in this case us). The tenants feel intimidated and maintenance requests remain unresolved for months; causing more damage to property and a very angry set of tenants and vendors alike. The criminal/civil complaint. This part is very critical for us to explain to make sure you do not get stuck with the same situation as we did. ***** holds all your security deposits & funds. Once I started digging to see if our vendors were getting paid, I found that he had been behind on all payments and people stopped servicing properties. This lead to us disengaging with ************************* and said company. As of right now he has not released our security deposits and August rents to us. This is about 6,000$ that we will have to *** for & file larceny charges as this is not breach of contract but out-right theft. All claims above have plenty of vendors, contractors, and tenants that will be happy to verify. Please note that this review might be removed & criminal complaints might be dropped if ************************* and Quality Property Management decides to release our funds to us. BEWARE.

    I paid two application fees, and suddenly there are no rentals available. I have tried to contact the office with no response.

    I don't recommend this business as a rental company. ***** starts off as if he cares but then stops responding after I had asked if the refrigerator could be replaced. I proceeded to message that he could reach me via email or contact my boyfriend. I left two different emails and my bf's mobile number. It's as if he ghosted us. For this, I give him 1 star because 0 isn't an option.
