      I purchased a weathervane when we opened it it had chipped paint -3 different colors on it & also running paint that looked my spray paint the employee **** was completely rude, and very combative & wanted to argue constantly. Called me ignorant & stupid told me to hush & watch my tone with him when I wasnt even yelling. I emailed a few months back asking them to replace the damaged pieces & all **** could offer is touch up paint? Why would a customer want to put touch up paint on a brand new item, and also to send out a new cone piece & yet we never got the replacement or the cone piece because my husband had a massive heart attack & almost died this past spring. We just assumed the company would do the right thing & send out the touch up paint, and or the cone piece yall did neither. When. I ask **** why he blamed Me, and Im so confused wheres the customer service. The customer went & had the item powder coated because of the lack of customer service provided to us. Come to find out you dont even weld these together & in a major ***** could go flying off the house. **** has concerns about customer service, and was very disrespectful when. I asked for the owners information he only told me bill which made me end up here. I will also be posting this in fb groups with over ****** other roofers & also on ******* TikTok, and instagram as well as ******** Im looking for a simple solutions such as a refund or a replacement. As buying something brand new doesnt make you want to use touch up paint it should Have been painted & packed properly & then it wouldnt have showed up looking like complete c*** Only solution that will be accepted is a new weathervane & one full refund. Credit card dispute will also be filed until resolution can be met. Why would you not offer to replace it from the beginning Im not sure

      We have already tried to solve this customers problems multiple times with no luck. She is unreasonable. ***************************** is now messaging and harassing our employees via social media sites. This is not acceptable. After waiting 4 months to open a package we are not liable for anything. It states on our website that you need to check the items over for damage when received. We then emailed back her stating we would replace the damaged parts and touch up paint for the 4 small chips on the arrow. She never had the decency to respond to our email. Now she calls again screaming at my employees wanting all new products. We again offer to send the touch up paint and new items to replace the damaged ones to resolve the situation. She refused again. The real problem now is that she sent a copper weathervane that is soldered together like they have been since the late 17th century to a powder coating company. Once the weathervane was placed in the oven it melted all the solder and fell apart. We know because the powder coating company has been in contact with us looking for replacement parts.
