    We purchased a ******* Stove several years ago from Granville. It has been a difficult unit from the onset, but problems were always resolved in a timely and professional manner. A month ago, the pellet stove's ****** caught on fire. Luckily, we were here or it could have been bad. Upon asked, Granville reported that this had happened to another customer as well. ********************** told us they would pick it up and repair it for an approximate charge of $500. As we had $1000. worth pellets waiting to be used, and the stove was the primary source of heat for a large section of our home, we felt we had no choice but to have it repaired. As of today, 11/29/2022, Granville has still not come to pick it up. Ideally, we would like to see this resolved by having the stove picked up, assurance that the two fires have been reported, and other options regarding repair and safety.
