      April 2021 we ordered a grave marker for my step-son. This business owner's wife changed the details on it and my husband did not approve her suggestion and the marker was ordered. It arrived in Sept on 2021 after numerous calls to them inquiring where it was to be told three times "on a truck" first coming from ************* then another state. **** placed the marker for us to find that it was not correct. We ordered it to say ****************************** and it was placed with ****** "**" ******. We called them adn requested a new stone be ordered last Sept, in the meantime they came and blacked out the "". This spring we started calling them again to inquire where the new marker is. And again, "on a truck expect it anyday now". They tell us that my husband approved this marker and I tell them that there was no email requesting it to be approved. I feel that this is inappropriate for a business to do. I am being lied to as it has supposedly been on a truck for 2 months at this point. It is bad business when a man finds his only son, his youngest child, dead in his own house at age 32, and they cannot do anything but give us a runaround and get the grave marker, the last thing that a father can do for his son, correct!I want the delivery of the CORRECT grave marker placed on my stepsons grave!
