    My name is *************************. I was told by LeClerc and ****** (after they told me they could help me) nothing can be done about the ugly wood that was used to put my replacement windows up.I spoke with the woman at LeClerc. Right up front I told her I was going to give a poor review, and that I wasn't threatening her. She stated she took it as a threat. Huh? Wow.I wish I could add pictures. Who would leave something looking like this? This is atrocious. And I'm the bad guy!!!!!They also left a pile of shavings in my driveway. But b/c of the weather (cold)they couldn't get all the shavings up. She said every once in a while someone isn't happy. Like I said, that's me. I'm veryveryvery unhappy.I get to **** it up!!!! I get to pay lots of money for windows that were left ugly.I have to paint them white to match the windows.If I would have known it was going to end up like this, I certainly would have gone somewhere else. No one explained to me why they were using this ugly wood other than to cover up the bubbly caulking that held the wood on. And that stuff has leaked out around the wood.Bad scene. Neverneverneverwould have done it. I GOT RIPPED OFF I feel.
