    Jocko Fuel launched a new website on January 1, 2024 (***************************************). I had a subscription set up on the previous site, and was sent an email prior to the New Year to set up a new login (and subscription) on the new site once January 1 arrived. I created the new login in and entered the subscription items. However, no matter what I tried, the site continued to send me in a loop and continued to not recognize my new account or email address. This meant that I was unable to access my subscriptions, so I can not cancel, amend, add items etc. I received no type of confirmation email from the company, which was always the case on the previous site. I contacted the company several times via their website contact card (there is no number you can call or live chat feature) with no response. I left my phone number explaining that I was not receiving emails. I had given up on the site and set up the subscriptions on Amazon instead. Then I started receiving products directly from Jocko Fuel, and not Amazon yet, with no type of confirmation or advanced warning, to the tune of hundreds of dollars. To reiterate, I did not have the ability to login to their site due to their malfunctioning website, disallowing me to control the subscription. I contacted them two additional times through their site and still have not received a response, again leaving my phone number.In sum, I am being being sent product and being charged for products that I have no control to stop, amend, etc. It is not a small amount of money involved. I am asking for help in stopping this service as they clearly do not respond.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. You are experiencing what I am experiencing. I also tried to locate alternate contact information online. I found a direct email address, however, they haven't respond to two messages that way either, though I am unsure if it is correct. Please let me know the next steps. Thank you.

    On 12/20/23, I made an online purchase from this business. Instead of receiving the Disciple GO energy capsules which cost $39.59, they sent me a bottle of Super Krill multivitamin which is $29.50. I emailed them and received a response on 01/05/24 with an apology for this mistake and they will send me a return label to do the exchange. Its 01/18/24 and I have yet to receive this return label. I emailed them again on 01/16/24 advising that I have no received the return label and that its been almost a month now since my purchase and I want to get this resolved. Instead of a response, on 01/18/24 I get an invoice from this company asking me to pay an additional $16.00. So instead of doing the exchange/return, theyre now asking me to pay for the item that they mistakenly sent to me rather than giving me a return label. They can send a return label and at this point I just want a refund for the energy pills which I paid for.
