    10/3/23 *** came off to fix my washer the cold water running non stop. He was here for 4 minutes. He said he ordered the part and he left.10/11/23 *** came back and he had the wrong part and blamed it on the hose color not that I told him and his wife the cold water was the problem and sent an text him on 10/3/23 saying the same. He basically took no blame and made no offer to fix it. Said fix it yourself. Very rude

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    Details is he was hired to repair the cold water and he tried to fix the hot water and charged me $150 he failed to do the job and I feel he needs to pay me back the $150. He was paid to check the cold and never even checked it. I got the part and fixed it in a day. he should at least be a MAN ENOUGH TO ADMIT HIS MISTAKES. But I guess some people cannot back their work.

    Service call is not refundable. Customer left out part where he was rude and disrespectful. I offered to order him another valve and he got rude and stated I should have listened. Thats when I told him maybe he should fix it himself. And he replied he would. Then he went on to leave a negative and personal attack review on ******* As a service provider I am not obligated to take rude and disrespectful comments from customers there will be no refund
