    BE CAREFUL AT ****************** AT ******* ME: DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT/DEBITCARD FOR GAS AND IF YOU DO ENSURE YOU CAN PUMP THE **** IF YOU CANNOT GO IN AND LET THEM REFUND YOUR OR RETURN YOUR MONEY.I visited Sunoco 435 RT 1, ********************** on April 8, 2024. I am a healthcare provider, and my gas was low, and I stopped by this gas station to obtain gas. I bought a Nantucket Nectars Orchard Juice and $35.00 amount of unleaded regular gas at pump 4. Invoice number ******. I paid for the gas and orange juice inside the store and came out to the pump to release the gas, but the pump kept being stuck and never released. Therefore, I replaced the pump nozzle. I was in a hurry to get to my patient and had to leave, therefore I left after I hung the pump up with the assumption that the money would return to my card since the gas never pumped. A day after the transaction, I noted the money was pulled off my card. When I contacted the company, *********** Station) and explained the situation and the reason I had to leave because they were questioning why I did not come back in the store. They told me they cannot refund the money and I need to contact my bank. I contacted *********** (my bank), to do a review of the charges for the ga. *********** did a review and denied the claim stating the charges are valid. I am not going to be shopping at this store. I am upset. I lost my money because I never pumped the gas and I had to buy gas at another gas station for gas after seeing my patient. I still have my receipt and you could see on camera if the gas was released. I never had to deal with a company that tell you that they cannot return your money or deal with issues with your card or gas that have never was pumped. Companies can see the discrepancy, but this company was horrible and customer services not good either. I spoke to representative, and the manager and they refused to refund me my money. CHECK YOUR ************** CARD OR GO TO ANOTHER GAS STATION.
