    Awful experience with Patio and Flame . I rarely write reviews but want others to be warned. Purchased furniture (special order) in October of 2024. Was supposed to be in 4-6 weeks later. Started calling in December as I had not heard anything. We were told, "Furniture will be in next Tuesday... it will be on the truck". Weeks go by. Still nothing. Kept calling. Kept getting same story. Finally, by March we had enough and drove to the business in ******* for a refund. After 30 minutes of fiddling around in his office, he gave us a receipt for the refund. Two weeks went by and refund was never posted to our credit card. Original October charges are now being disputed by *******************. DO NOT buy anything from this business. I do not know how they are still open. They have serious management issues.

    Unbelievable. Along with the two cords of wood we recently had delivered came at least ****************** of slash. After picking through that for each log, we raked it all onto a 20x12 tarp, tied the sides up and pulled it off into our ***** with our tractor. If we didn't have the tractor, the tarp or the energy to do it ourselves, we would have had to hire someone. Of all the wood we've had delivered over the years, never had a load looked like that. I'm not one to complain, but I couldn't let this go by. I went to complain to ****, the owner, who said he would deliver some more wood to us as compensation. (not that we needed more wood - I would have preferred a check!) Anyway, he said he would come the end of that week, but he never showed. I have emailed him, but no response. I would never, ever, ever buy wood from this place again, let alone do business with him at all.

    We ordered patio furniture in August 2021 and we paid in full. Over $7,000 and he still has our money and we have never received our merchandise. He gives so many excuses week after week that it will be coming. So after almost a year and half later he still has our monkey and we do not have our furniture. He should be shut down! Do NOT buy at this store. Total fraud!
