      I am a mortgage lender. Many of my clients have purchased properties for short-term rentals. I have recommended Coastal Maine Vacations as their property management company and heard back from them that their experiences have been top-notch! So, when I purchased my own short-term rental home, naturally I hired CMV for my own property. My experience has been even so much better than I expected. They handle everything from knowing how to get us the best price to keeping the place in great condition and ready for our next guest, to all the things in between handled seamlessly. *** is always so pleasant and helpful with a plethora of ideas that make our place stand out that I would never have thought of on my own. ****** has all the numbers for us to keep us informed at every turn. He is just so efficient. My guests are very happy with our home. It is clean and welcoming with lots of hints and ideas about what to do in our area right at their fingertips. This is getting ** very high stars and terrific reviews. Thanks to *** and ****** for all you do for **. We are lucky to have you as our property managers.
