      I paid $200 on a quoted $250 tow and the tow truck driver got himself stuck pulled himself out and went home and they said that they would come back to tell me for an additional $150 which is $100 more than what the quote was and and I think that they should deliver on the 1st quote instead of trying to take my money for doing nothing at all and then saying that they're going to come back the next day and then they're not going to come back

      Good morning,this complaint is so untrue.upon arrival we noticed mud going up to the trailer,we told him we could not make it through without possibly getting stuck ourselves. he asked us to try and i told we would but with doing so he would have to still pay the service call fee if we get stuck which he verbally agreed to. so trying to make them happy we tried and failed like we thought ,had to pull the truck out of the mud,.we asked him to clean all the trash away from trailer.we told him if we come back i would only charge him additional $150.00 which he agreed to.called us back  on Thursday 4/25/24 mid day to reschedule for today friday 4/26/24 but upon receiving this complaint i will not be helping him.please reach back out to me @ ************ i respond to text  messages quicker and i can send you all the pics showing you everything that what we were dealing with ,thank you ***************************
