      on or about May 10 I used my ebt card at this grocery, and 0 balance, I suspected a problem because this is the date of my new allotment of $300 from ebt. I went to *** and filed fraud form, got a new card, I read police log / montague, in the greenfield recorder on May ***** stated on May 4 fraud at the grocery store, , May 6th manager disclosure in the police log ,I used my ebt card on May 10 and o balance, it appears the manager knew about this theft for over 6 days, no notice to customers,, no notice on machines in store for out of order, no insurance coverage by store, and no guarantee machine theft proof for june.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      goodmorning, I read the response from the manager at FoodCity in *************. the Police log des note the issue,. But as I read the managers response, I am not convinced of any anti skimming devices at his store, I have been to Big Y in ********** Family Dollar in ********, and these stores have a red clip device on the machines,. Meanwhile as my *** new balance today, I am very hesitant of using my card at this store,. What measures has the store taken now and in the future of prevention.. and furthermore, any insurance reimbursement. Please keep this case open until remedies are included. thank you...,, ***** *****.. rsvp.... ***** *****
