      hired Aire Serv of Lewiston (Fontaine HVAC) through my property management company for plumbing work at a property I owned in ******. I was given a verbal estimate in the range of $3,000$4,000. Without my approval or any signed change order, I was later billed over $7,200more than double the high end of the estimate. Ive since requested a detailed breakdown of the work performed, materials used, and labor hoursseveral timesand have not received anything close to a full accounting. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to work with.

      This property was brought to us by a ****************************  A Quoted Estimate was given to the *************************** for $7,614.67 and excepted. Well after the job was compleated  the job the owner of the property reached out to us.  We provided him with all the information he asked for....It is our understanding he had been intouch with his *************************** as well... After reviewing the billing and conversations with the *************************** a refund of $2,512.41 was issued.  Per the *************************** the refund  check was sent to them (they were the ones who paid the bill). 

      Our company has Flat-Rate pricing & billing.  The custome was sent a breakdown bewteen part & labor.

      I beleive the real issue is between the owner of the property and the ****************************
