    Pathetic store, using a a minor child to sell furniture, never mind their pot bellied slob of a father **** their store is a pig sty Fiton I got had a broken frame,,stay away

    If I could leave a ***** review I would. I bought an almost 2.5k of furniture from them including a 4 chair dining set. In that moment, there was a chair that was broken so Chapter 11 tells me they will order me a chair that will be coming in a week do I still want to get this set? I said since it will be a week I still want the chair. Chapter 11 delivers the set and after about a month and a half, I went to chapter 11 and asked where my missing chair is. They gave me the runaround, but I was still patient and waiting until after the new year. When I went there again around Jan-feb, they told me that the chair is here, just needs to be set up and they will drop it off or I can pick it up. I left in a good mood and optimistic that they would bring it to me. Another month passes, and I go in there again, this time looking for a final solution (either a full refund or my chair). The holidays are coming up for me and I need chairs to host my family. The managers/sales person told me that they cant issue a refund basically saying along the lines of do we look like a wholesaler, we dont do refunds past 30 days. I told him do you think I would be asking for a refund if I had my chair. At this point I dont wish this service on my worst enemy. I have been patient for over 6months. PLEASE NEVER SHOP HERE EVEN IF ITS YOUR LAST RESORT. I promise you they know how to take your money but they dont know how give you your product.

    The place is a joke. I bought a mattress and it turned out not very comfortable so they were going to exchange it. The person I dealt with was an outright liar. He would never pick up the phone, just let it ring. I finally got his cell phone number and texted him. This is been going on for over three months so its probably my fault for waiting so long but he was very convincing. One of his last texts Asked me to give him one more day to make it right. This was on a Thursday and Saturday he said they were shooting for Monday. I asked for a delivery time and he said to call him Monday morning to arrange the delivery. I called but his phone service stated that he was not taking any calls or texts and to try later. (probably to dodge his creditors or dissatisfied customers )This was at 10 oclock and I sent him a text telling him that if I didnt hear from him by 11 to forget the whole thing. He never called or texted. I texted him and told him to never contact me ever again!Why someone would continually lie is beyond me but they certainly will never see me again and if anybody asks me about them theyre going to hear quite a story. Caveat emptor!
