      I ordered a trade show kit from them in May 2022, for almost $700. I spoke with my saws representative and had great communication at that time. My company was removing one of the logos from the kit and I asked if she could redo the included table cloth without the logo. She said they could, it would just take a few weeks longer to receive- I agreed, not an issue. After several weeks of waiting I emailed and called the representative, the main company line, other numbers and emails I was given and heard nothing from anyone about an update on when I would receive it. It finally showed ** in the mail end of June. My company logo on it was not printed correctly on the table cloth. I have again reached out to the representative and company by email and phone for a few weeks and still have yet to hear back from them on how we can get this resolved. At this point I would like a refund for the table cloth portion of this order.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have attempted to reach the company by phone and e-mail and have not heard back from them.
