      I rented a storage unit I was late on a payment for November paid in December on a 120 a month rental on January 31st I paid over 300 and 190 on Feb 25 and was locked out of my unit on March 9th and paid additional 125 it's the 11th of March I'm still locked out and as per the easy self storage website I can access my unit 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year and I went today after paying 70 dollars worth of fees times 4 plus the 125 monthly I was locked out of my unit by a padlock and the gate wouldn't open at 9:00 pm with a sign stating gate hours 8 am till 9 pm mon- Fri with different weekend hours the website is the portal to pay storage and advertisement for the units clearly stating unlimited access 24/7 365 yearly days, an 70 dollar late fee monthly on a 125$ monthly rental cost is wrong and false advertisement about access to my property after the huge markup on prices especially when I shouldn't have had to pay that much and have receipt saying I'm caught up and have been and can't. Access the unit the late fee states it's 20 dollars and then another 50 on my bill after I missed November's payment and still incurred 4 monthly additional late fees of 70 $ each

      I have read the complaint and the info she has given is incorrect. Our facilities are all 6am-9pm 7 days a week. The gates do not work before or after those times. As for the late fees. This customer is late every month. The late fees only apply once with each month of rent tacked on. She has also cut her lock off the door and damaged my door at the same time, so now a lock isn't able to be placed on the door. I have called her multiple times about the issue with no response. When she is locked out. She sends kids to hop the fence to try and get in. My website shows that my surveillance is 24/7 365 and my facilities all have the same hours of 6am-9pm. I have signed contracts stating everything.
