    The company deceived me. When the person doing my taxes finished with my taxes, (30) minutes later. He half turned his screen to show me my two returns. That was on 10-FEB-2022 one check was for 504 and the other was for 592. He asked if this looked ok ? I had said yes, as I had not seen anything like what I had ween when I returned to pick up my two returns. On 17-FEB-2022 I returned to pick up the two checks to find out that I had been charged ****** for the services that lasted no more than 30 minutes! I am a single person filing a simple return with 0 exemptions! NO TIME AT ALL WAS I INFORMED OF THE COST. I TOLD THE CLERK THAT WHEN I NOTICED THIS AND HE DISAGREED WITH ME OF COURSE. HE TOTALLY DECEIVED ME WITH THIS.
