    I went to Just Taxes on July 20 2023 To have them create an LLC for me and I paid $650 to have it rushed in here it is June 3, 2024 and I still havent received any information about my LLC but I had received another invoice from them for another $125

    ***************** did engage with Just Taxes LLC for an expedited filing for his D V L LLC formation We did in fact file an expedited filing and was accepted on 07/24/2023 I can provide copies of that and the $135 invoice was to keep that ************************* Current so that was for his 2024 annual report. I had not heard from ******************, so we called to make certain he wanted to maintain the company. All Documents were available to him in his Tax Dome provided by Just Taxes LLC We have reached out to him today with a call and left a voice message to make certain there is not miscommunication.

    Im not satisfied with their answer because I was there to drop my taxes off and to pick them up in the last few months and I never received any paperwork from them about my LLC The documents that were uploaded to the tax dome were only done recently after I had filed my claim

    We have tried to reach out to ****************** several times to discuss and resolve since this complaint He does not answer, and he does not call back.  I have attached the history of the document showing his Articles of Formation were accepted within days. The Paperwork was uploaded on 08/24/2023 and ****************** viewed them twice on 08/24/2023. The Audit Trail clearly shows the upload date and his two view dates.   We Paid the fees to Secretary of State for expediated filing and we Mailed them He signed the paperwork, and the Articles were approved 4 days later.  I disagree with his complaint that we just uploaded after his complaint.  This is completely untrue.  I also attached a copy of his Articles of Formation showing that his expedited filing was accepted.   Thank you
