    The appliances themselves are fine hence the two stars, but whoever runs the ******** page is a serious class A jerk. We bought a second dryer after the first drum stopped working. After I moved the drum of the second, it stopped working and despite what his horrendously rude message would say, there is NOTHING online that states that you should never move the drum. And even if there is something somewhere, everyone does it so it isnt like it is a known do not do type thing. Well I ended up googling the issue and fixing the original dryer, and despite it being final sale - we figured we would at least ask if we could return the newer one since it broke. The worst we could get is a no, right? Wrong. The message we got was Your not supposed to turn the drum by hand. The belt popped off it. No im not going to taje an appliance back because you guys did something to pop the belt off. If you put a belt on the other one you should be able to put the belt back on the new one.. I would post the screenshot here if I could. Is it fair to not take back a final sale item that broke. Super fair. But it is completely unprofessional to send a message like that, especially since we have bought a few appliances from them over the years. All he had to say was we dont take final sale items back especially after they break. Disappointing because again, the appliances themselves are fine. But we will never buy from them again if this is how they treat people. And we were honest in our message, we could have left out even touching the barrel especially since again, nothing I could find online says to never do that.
