      Date of my transaction was on 04/10/21 where I made a deposit of $2000 for a pool to be installed June of 2022. After the pool was installed in 2022, the installers left a trench by one panel of the pool that they dug out. I thought it was a safety hazard as someone could possibly step into it, so notified the company to address this and told me I was responsible to have it filled in. I didnt agree as they dug it out for no reason and should have put the dirt back in that they removed. When talking to the owner she tried to explain to me that it is the back fill around the bottom of the pool which I am responsible for. I kept explaining to her that it was not around the bottom of the pool it was about a foot from the pool. She offered to bring some sand to fill that in for $150 charge. I was not satisfied, I felt that I didnt dig it out as the installers did. When the installers first came I had to be present to agree on where the pool was placed. I told them I think it needs to go back a foot and the installer did not agree as he said it would be in my driveway, I told him the other one I had prior was a 27 and it didnt and the present pool is 24. So I went along with him even though it was where I wanted it but thought he must know more than I. When finished the town code officer came to inspect it and I was told it didnt pass the requirements as some areas are below 4. When I went back to the company as the code officer also sent them a copy, they told me it was but when I requested to have the trench filled in, that now it isnt . Was confused about that. The code officer told me that was probably why they left the trench but I didnt understand. The Code officer called them several times and he told me they were sending someone out to look, the owner came and measured the pool and said there was 8 sections below 4 so wanted to sell me rail I was not satisfied. When trying to explain how I felt he respond I am not going back and forth with u and left.
