    Be advised: A Tree Pro, Did not provide a written contract, did not complete the job, was paid $4000. in full! He Refused to take responsibility for property damage his subcontractor caused. He has not agreed to a refund ( $1,500. ) that would be reasonable so I can have the damage to my turf parking area, the drainage ************ in the wood lot repaired & the work of removing the trees he cut down in our ***** and left behind.

    To respond to this comment, I was never hired by this person. I was the sub contractor hired by a landscaper who assured me he would take care of all the details this person claims. I did my job of taking down the trees and fulfilled my duties. This person is salty for reason unknown to me.

    Upon further investigation it is my belief the original person who hired me wanted me to look bad, leaving out details and avoiding a contact to avoid accountability. Why would anyone spend $4000 without a contact from the professional?
