we are familiar with software from many sources top down. WE had side projects and purchased a CNC with mach 3 Now we updated to mach4 since mach3 failed and does not communicate. Mach4 hardware and software was working but after pc crash we cannot login to site or get any license information or recovery. No responses for three months. a strange web page noting mail server issue , giving us a email address to try. Something seems acient in this approach? log in and re registration not working or accepted. Since we need the machine is will have to be a rebuild of the controller and software to move to a supported platform. Sad to see a gradual dissaperance of a resource . I think they get business enought to atleast make effort for people to stay active with the software. If they are stopping the company just set us a final activation to enable indefinite use. Regards

I bought a cnc machine a couple years back, the machine come with a computer that had Mach3 installed already. Recently, i bought another cnc machine that was capable of running the same program (hence the reason i bought it). The program had massive glitches & issues in the new profile - so i photographed a copy of the license on the program & emailed it to **********************, i was informed it was a "pirated" copy and the support "team" kept pushing me to purchase Mach4. Mind you, the 1st machine come pre wired & set up using the printer port - while the 2nd uses an usb cable. P.S. this computer is NOT online. So i figured i would buy a legal copy of mach 3, the download page from machsupport recommends copying the *** Profile so you have your settings saved - pinouts on inputs, outputs etc.So, after copying the *** Profiles -DELETING the bad copy & installing the free download. NOW every time i try to start the program after selecting the profile (machine i wanna use) it crashes my computer, causing it to re-start. WHAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ONLINE IS, On Fri, 12th Aug 2022 at 3:54 pm, Caleb ********************* has stopped supporting Windows 7. You will need to look into getting a new computer. We have tested the plugin for the UC100 for Windows 11 and ran into some issues.Windows 10 works just fine.-Caleb View and manage this ticket online: http://support.machsupport.com/tickets/KEOZ-1196-TAMA NOW I CAN NOT EVEN USE MY ORIGINAL CNC MACHINE UNTIL I FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO.CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
