    I called this company for a leak I had in my basement.The serviceman entered and immediately called back to a more experienced technician and took a bunch of pictures. He then said he was going to get compression tape. He was gone for an hour and wrapped up the leak with the compression tape for a temporary fix. When it was all said and done I was charged the time for the technician to drive around and get the tape. Labor and materials over 500 hundred dollars for a temporary fix.The technician did not discuss the labor charge being assessed while he was looking for materials he should have had on hand to do the temporary fix. The only discussion consisted of "I'm going to get some tape." After calling the owner he made a small adjustment to the ******* reputable. Not honest.
