    We hired Saccuzzo to install reclaim on our parking area and driveway. Their estimator measured what we asked, parking area and driveway to the main road, and provided an estimate stating same facts. They arrived to do the job while we were on vacation and announced to our renter they were only doing the parking area and sealcoating our existing tarred area. In spite of her telling them she had no authority in the matter Saccuzzo kept approaching her and ranting (her word). This week a neighbor tells me the same thing, how they approached her to say they werent doing it, theyd lose their shirts, we misunderstood. The subject came up because she wanted the name of the company we just hired to finish our driveway.While away we called the estimator, son of the owner, who said his father told him not to speak to us any more. The owner then called us and said the estimator made a mistake and never understood it was to be improved to the main road. They demanded payment in full for 2 of reclaim on our parking area and sealcoating, leaving the remaining driveway untouched.Since we hired another company who added the missing 2 of reclaim to our parking area, leveled the remainder of our dirt driveway and filled with gravel, finishing with 4-5 of reclaim. All for $1,500 less than Saccuzzo made us pay. In our opinion they were dishonest in more ways than one.
