Don't walk away from this company, run like heck. We gave him a deposit in the spring to start a foundation in Sept. The start date came and went with no feedback. He did not return calls or text. Had to use a different number to talk to some one, they had ours blocked. Excuse was rain set him back on schedule. 5 months later, our place still with nothing started, we asked for our deposit back. Didn't receive a partial amount of the check until a month after that. We asked why only a partial amount and his response was he spent time obtaining permits. He didn't get the permits, we did?? This is not a ethical or moral company and are full of lies.

Bellavance Construction Company, *** has been in business for 31 years. Same name, same phone number. We have been recognized by The Better Business Bureau for 25 continuous years committed to honesty, integrity, ethics and trust in 2022 and this is the very first negative review our company has ever received to this date.
Bellavance Construction Company, *** has never blocked any of our customer's phone numbers.
***** suffered 4 Federally Declared Disasters in 2023 and 1 in January of 2024. The following dates for these disasters are as follows:

The above listed disasters, along with one of the rainiest seasons in ***** on record, did back up our schedule for the 2023 season.
We did respond to this customer's questions and concerns via email or phone calls.
We were to start this customer's project in September of 2023 and did receive a $2,500 deposit in June 2023 to hold this spot for our 2023 autumn season as we are in demand due to our specialty in construction and the high quality of the work we perform.
This customer, as stated in our contract, was responsible for obtaining their permits.
They did obtain their permits with our assistance.
We withheld $500.00 from the $2,500 deposit for the time spent by us meeting on site with the engineer, coordinating contact with the well driller, correspondence with town and state officials pertaining to the permit and extra time spent explaining the processes to the customer.
This customer asked for their deposit back December 20, 2023, and we returned the remaining $2,000.00 in January 15,2024 via **** and it cleared our bank on January 29, 2024.
Our contract clearly states, "All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control."
In this case Federally Declared Disasters definitely delayed our schedule.
