    ******* ******* and my partner **** **********. 5/9/2023, We told **** that we are deaf and ASL. We can communicate with email/text. **** came my home for estimates for new septic/demolition. **** and I did walked land (purple color picture) where removal pine trees and told **** that we keeping the logs for building barn But **** stolen logs. 1. Septic system includes tree removal for $28,950.00 and 2. Demolition- Dig and repair foundation wall, install basement drain, grade around house, shed and garage, remove stumps ( from 4 ** Oak stumps ), bury stumps, grade lawn, install 3 basement windows, seed and mulch disturbed areas for $35,000.00 Total $63k. We went to bank and got loan approved on 9/22/2023. On September 29, 2023 **** text and got $19k check deposit and will start working on septic system but He didn't show up until December during wintertime. We tried texted **** and When start work? We got reply text from mock message twice.. After Thanksgiving, **** final show up my home.12/6/2023 He demand more money and got check $10k then more demand December ******* **** Walton got check $10,000.00. 1/2/2024 **** demand more money $ 10k In Basement sink's drain damage by ****. He text that need get water pump drain machine cost 3k so last gave **** check $3,000.00 on 1/8/2024 but he didn't show up. **** Walton didn't finish septic system, stolen my 50 to 100 ****** trees, worked on foundation wall during snow. Now its leaking water from heavy rain, one error window and more.. Last time texted with **** on July 2024 that several times texts **** that please return my septic's cover that he had it at his home? He just ignored us. We want some money back and hire different companies to repair septic system, foundation wall and mores . **** and I texted conversation last time on 7/3/2024. My bank manager reference lawyer. We told him that what happen with **** and He asked us coming to his office but We're required deaf interpreter. lawyer back out.

    The complaint is not true whatsoever.  The customer also owes a balance of $11,000 which they refuse to pay.  I went above and beyond the scope of work to help clean up their basement which was full of raw sewage.

    **** is lying . We don't know what he's talking about $11,000          **** didn't do demolition allj after he ask for more money!  We agreed - Dig and repair foundation wall with bad job during wintertime, install basement drain, grade around house.. ONLY FRONT , shed and garage.. BOTH NO, remove stumps ( from 4 ** Oak stumps ), bury stumps... yes and **** STOLEN 50/100 LOGS & **** CUT PINE TOP TREE/ STUMPS STUFF IN MY LAND without our permission  AND HE BROUGHT MORE THAN 4 MORE DIRTY DUMP TO COVER IT AND NOW IT'S MOUNTAIN  OR HILL..., grade lawn..NO, install 3 basement windows  BAD JOB AND PIPE BLOCK THE WINDOW., seed and mulch disturbed areas,, NO  for $35,000.00   **** asked us for more money but we don't give him 11k and **** stolen my about 100 logs too  **** needs to finish demolition or refund     now my septic tank exposed open with electric wire... heavy rain and there leaking water from foundation wall   Total $63k.  my basement was not full of raw sewage.
