The business was engaged to upgrade the computer memory of the ** used in our Corporation and the work was performed in February, and satisfactorily completed. Not only have we never received the receipt, the business owner refuses of acknowledge any of our communications, and we have attempted MANY times to reach him.

I'm texting you in response to Complaint # ********. Made on 4/4/25, by ********* *******. My name is *** ******, owner of the business named in his complaint. This issue was resolved on 4/9/25 at 9:14 AM, Eastern Standard Time. I've spoken to Mr ******* and informed him I'd received your letter dated 4/7/25. I retired three years ago. I did this customer a favor by helping him upgrade his PC, to ready his computer for Windows 11 compliance demands. I did work for him in 2021, and similarly had problems with him, and his wife. I've been bitten twice now, by this customer. I won't be doing additional business with this client. This is not a retaliation. As I mentioned, I'm retired and I'd prefer to keep my business reputation at 4.5 Stars on ******. Where you can check for yourselves what my clients have said about me, my business, and how I bend over backwards to help folks. Sincerely, *** ******.
