      I called Archies **** to request a demo 50 yard dumpster early Tuesday June 3rd.Gave them my credit card info and the amount was charged to my card of $685.00 as of that day.I called later in early afternoon on Tuesday June 3rd just to verify my delivery was going to be on time for Thursday the 5th of June. And was told it would be Wednesday or Thursday morning.Wednesday at 3:05 pm 2 hours before closing,I received a call from them saying they didnt have a dumpster for me for 9:00 am Thursday the 5th of June,I was upset and told them if there wasnt a dumpster in my driveway by 9:00 tomorrow morning I was going to cancel.Thursday came and no dumpster so I called at 9:15am to cancel.They told me it would take 5 to 7 days to put money back on my ******* was pending for 3 days then up and disappeared and I still dont have a refund or any sign its pending now.

      I received a bill in the mail for a different monthly amount that was due on 1 December. I received it towards the end of December as it was sent to my previous address even though they have my current address. It was for a different monthly amount which had increased without any notice, as well as a past due amount for their increase of costs. I had no notification. I sent an email on December 23, 2024, as their phone lines were still down after being down for a week or so. I sent the email demanding they pick up their dumpster as I was switching companies because I was not happy with the way they conducted themselves. I received no reply through email and they came to dump the dumpster three days later. They dumped the dumpster and put it back. They did not take it. I figured they would grab it this next time as I am on a two week dumping cycle. They came and dumped it and did not take it. I called them and their phone lines were finally up, but they did not answer. I left them a voicemail on their main voicemail to let them know I had sent them the email on ********************************************************************************************** it was being forfeited on my property because Ive notified them through email over two weeks prior, that they needed to take it. My charges go to the credit card on file automatically and I told them that they could not charge my credit card any longer in the voicemail and They needed to come get their dumpster. They have not done s. they emptied it two days ago and it is still on my property. They have not gotten it. I want it removed from my property and I do not want them billing my credit card any longer and I want them to destroy my credit card information they have on file.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

       

      The dumpster is still on my property. I have heard nothing from them at all. They wont come and get it and wont respond to me.

      Good Afternoon. I apologize for the late reply. ******** merged with **** of *********** on December 1st, 2024. Since then, we have been very busy getting all of our accounts switched over. With this merger we were moving our accounts from one system to another and in that process we sent out incorrect invoices and we received a lot of phone calls because of our mistake with the invoices. For about two weeks our phone lines were back to back calls and we only have two phone lines so if both of our phone lines were tied up the customer would get a busy signal. We were also back up due to days off for Christmas and New Years holidays and snow storms. In that 2-3 week period our top priority was getting our customers dumped as close to their regular schedule as possible. So we fell behind in getting dumpsters removed. We are working on catching up and getting this dumpster removed as soon as we can. Sorry for any inconvenience.
