      Keith ******* Home Solutions installed a Dr. ********************** Saver Clean Space crawl space vapor barrier liner in my crawlspace in September/October of 2020. This installation was given a 5 year workmanship warranty that I signed when the job was completed. The liner was quoted to be installed in 500 sq feet of crawl space plus a dehumidifier. After having a pest problem in summer 2022, the pest control company discovered that the liner was not installed fully throughout the entire crawl space. A void was left in the liner, and the liner was not installed continuously. There is an entire section of crawl space not covered by the liner, and when I had another company investigate the damage and give me a quote, they quoted 550 sq feet. The area not covered was greater than 50 sq ft, which leaves me to believe that I was misquoted or the job was completed improperly. To my knowledge, this is not best practice and has left me and my home with a crawl space liner that does not function in the way that it is designed to; to help with heating and cooling costs and to keep unnecessary moisture from rising into my living space. I have tried several times to contact ******************, left several messages, and he has not answered/returned my phone calls. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Keith ******* Home Solutions has closed and ****************** has retired. Despite this, my work completed is still within the 5 year warranty and I was never notified that the business had closed or what would happen with my warranty if that were to happen. This has left me and my family having to pay more than double what I originally paid to have this done right. I am highly dissatisfied with Keith ******* Home Solutions and feel that this negligence is still under the responsibility of Keith ******* to rectify.
