Horrible company. They came to my house for a quote on a new heating system and nothing no quote no response and they won't answer there phone now . Better off going with a business that wants to do business and not waste your time and money.

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"we had our furnace cleaned last week went all weekend without heat it's winter they don't lie when they say ice it's Tuesday the guy that supposedly cleaned it not only made it not work he charged us extra so back to today he comes back gets it fired up then hands me another bill what!!! Wait a minute this thing worked fine before he touched it he told me it was a dirty sensor and he had to replace it so I look it up you can wipe them off with your shirt and they will continue to work no need to replace you don't replace your headlights when your car gets dirty this sensor sees the light from the flame and let's the system know it's going so best part he said he kept the old sensor to show me but lost it lol these sensors should be cleaned while servicing which we payed extra for already he hands me a bill for around $130 or so I was like what is this? So basically he wiped our sensor off put it back in and charged us for a new one if this was even the problem could of been a lose wire who knows with this shady company not impressed at all look on their ******** page there is a pic of a heat unit sitting on brand new sheet rock hasn't even been taped or mudded. sheet rock will mold if not protected atleast a primer so when that unit condensates they will have mold granted you won't see it but that unit will be blowing that mold all through that new house great job fire&ice and thanks for the pictures on your page to show how bad you are hopefully whoever you did that for reads this so they know why they are having breathing problems and hopefully everyone else that reads this you don't have to go through the same as the poor people with the new house or what we had to deal with it's easy just avoid this company fire&ice
