Very unprofessional and incompetent. My boat was pulled before the season was over and I found it on the gravel with a winterization tag. When I asked them why it was pulled they said slip E-11 asked to have their boat pulled and I said I am in slip F-26 so how do you explain the mistake. They would not own up to making the mistake and then told us maybe we should take our boat elsewhere. So when we decided to take our boat they broke the ****** on the boat when they pulled it from the water and didnt even have the decency to let us know. So sad to have a business feel that once you buy a boat from them they dont care how they treat you and certainly do not put their customers first.

We have done literally everything we can to appease this disgruntled customer. We did admit to making a mistake in pulling their boat in the midst of emergency hurricane preparations. Once we realized, we profusely apologized personally, on the phone, and via email from all aspects of our staff, from our admin team to the yard crew to the owner. We have refunded their money because they decided to take their boat elsewhere. We did not break their boat. A couple of pieces came loose and we reattached them. We DO care about our customers. We work hard to provide the best possible service we can. Nothing we do seems to satisfy this customer. We don't know why they continue to be so angry. Their boat is fine. We let them out of their contract and waved the payments that they owed us. We feel their continued complaints are unreasonable.
