    Company canceled the day before we were scheduled to go and didn't provide the promised refund. After numerous calls/messages, we had to open a fraud case with our credit card company. The canceling was a disappointment (conditions were perfect) but life happens (they said they were short staffed and the trails could not be groomed - they own another business) but being stiffed $320 was over-the-top.

    You were not actually stiffed, you disputed the refund while it was pending, all money was returned. I am sorry I wasn't able to do everything you needed when you needed it, we are actually in the process of closing our business now because we can't make it work. We aren't a big business, I am a mom, trying to figure out how to work my website and issue refunds which I've not had to do before. My husband and I are hard working people, farming, running a market and dogsledding and trying our very best to do it all. When you book it is stated that rides can be cancelled day of, I know this was a Christmas present and you were disappointed there are so many variables to pull this type of business off, it's people who get so angry like yourself that are the reason there are only 2 dogsledding companies left operating in the whole state.
