      March 27th some friends and I stayed up at cabins I own and rent out at Sunday River. Some friends have the Ikon pass so they let some of the people we were skiing with use the discount. We tried to do this all online but the site was not working correctly. We called guest services and they were helpful but said the site rarely works and to come in and they would assist us. When we got there we waiting for 20 minutes while a young man had his head down and wouldn't look at us while 2 other Woman helped guest. One womans name who worked at guest services was ******. Once we asked if someone could assist us ****** raised her voice and began to berate us. Finally the younger man helped us as ****** was still berating us and raising her voice explaining they were extremely busy (there was no one there, it was a Monday morning around 11:30). Once the younger guy brought us over he was rude as well. He told us we needed the to keep the ticket we got from skiing 2 years ago. He charged us an extra $5.00 for this. At that point we didn't care we just wanted to get out of there and go skiing. We up paid and ended up paying $97.00 which was actually more that if we had just gotten a half day ticket.
