    On 8/16/2022 I placed an order SNEEKAs GRAPHIX. I am a local ************* artist and have been using SG for three years for a T-shirt line. In the past, SG has printed quality/vibrant T-shirts that feature my art. On 9/21/2022 I picked up my order. I opened the package at my place of residence to find my T-shirts faded. I immediately sent SG a text with side by side images. The tshirt image on the left was from an order dated 3/29/2022 compared to my most current order. I had asked SG if he could do a reprint of my current order? He responded that he would, for a $100.00 charge (I already paid $170.91). I responded that I didnt want to pay the extra money for this substandard order, I would like my money back. He refused to both reprint the order without extra payment and will not refund the money.

    Reprints are only done when there is an actual error with the print itself! The order I printed, has perfectly good t-shirts, that are printed true to the file. I was more than willing to take a hit on a 2nd batch to reprint for only $100, but you declined and asked for a refund. Again, I apologize for what you think may be a mistake on my end, hence the heavily discounted price on a reprint. But I am a small business who takes great pride in his work, and would never send a product out of my door with subpar quality. The discounted price I offered you for a reprint, wont even cover my help for the day, but I was willing to do that for you because youre unhappy. Remember ********, we have had a good history because I have and always will do good business, my friend. I printed your file the way it is, a watercolor painting.. there is no way for you to be upset about that, the print quality is great on every shirt that you received. I will not be refunding and I will not be printing another set for free. For you to ask either of me, is rather outrageous. Also, the order you picked up is already done, I cant re-print a printed t-shirt.. the shirts would have to be re-ordered and re-printed all over again. As stated prior, Im very sorry you are unhappy with your order, but I offered a more than fair resolution and you declined that.

    I have attached images of the print files themselves, as well as some pictures of the prints! Please advise.Tell us why here...

    The images provided shows a high quality print (original order) and a substandard print (current order). My request to get my money back for the substandard print work stands. I have had to find another print company to meet the demand of my customers. I take pride in giving my customers the highest quality, that reflects my art talent.

    As you can see by the images I have attached, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the prints that ******** received. I am not going to reprint these, nor am I going to send a refund. No prints will ever leave my shop without passing through quality control. Have a great day!

Other print companies that I have worked with have. I have no other comments.
