    The Oceanic in in ***************** ***** was a huge disappointment. The location was good but thats all I can say was good about it. For one thing the bedroom had no closet. I think its the law that in order to call it a bedroom it has to have a window and a closet. The shower was so small that my husband had a tough time washing ** in there. Plus the water temperature was warm to scolding hot. Plus the toilet ran constantly. Couldnt get anything on the tv, it kept messaging something about youre not cable ready. We asked for help but it was never right. We asked the owner for some credit for our displeasure but he never answered us. Stay clear of this place. Worse place we ever stayed at.

    I stayed here and Paid 550$ for the night with 2 friends. We checked in had a trip to bathroom and left only went Pee. Got back at **** at night and the toilet was plugged, really slow draining at least. I tried to call hotel staff at 3 different numbers. Had to leave a message with two, other one had a full mailbox. Went to bed, next morning my friend goes pee, the toilet flooded over. I tried to call again 730 am, no answers, office was closed. My other friend had to walk to public toilets to go to bathroom. We also were blocked in parking " area" between buildings by other guests cars and could not get out!!! Mind you, no office staff or any calls answered. Another woman was having the same issue. This is very dangerous and I'm not sure how they can legally do it. Anyway, we walked to breakfast because nothing we could do. When we got back around 9 -930am the manager was there. I gave him the key and told him the problem. He asked me why I hadn't called right away, 100% that toilet wasn't plugged and we must have done it! We weren't even there long enough!!! How can I report a problem when no one answers the phone? I got mad then, lost my temper told him the place was a dump. ( it is) but we only needed to sleep, shower and toilet for one night. 3 middle aged women! He said he's going to charge me for damages!!! I walked away he followed screaming at me, I was crazy, you can't treat people like that, I had to tell him to back off me or I was calling cops. He then told me I wasn't getting out of the parking area until I changed my attitude! I did call the cops then. He let me out just before they arrived. He must have had to wake other guests to do it. What kind of person in the hospitality industry does this over a clogged toilet? I think he's had a number of complaints and I got the brunt of it all. No one should ever stay here. It was scary stuff.
