    Be prepared for a (bad) surprise bill at the end! One Stop sent their Project Manager to scope the job on 7/18 and sent us a contract for $7,389. We signed the contract with an estimated start date set for Monday 8/15. They called Friday 8/12 and said they needed to review the project. ***************************, General Manager, came on 8/23 and then sent us a change order for an additional $700. We reluctantly signed the change order. After completing the work, we got another unpleasant surprise. The total cost was now $9,930. An increase of $2,542. This was for a bathroom shower kit installation. We won't use them again and wouldn't recommend them. Nice people but they'll stick it to you in the end! Read the reviews on other sites. Unexpected price changes are an ongoing problem with this company.
