We considered purchasing a vehicle that they had listed for *****. When we showed up for the test drive the vehicle had been taken off site. By the time it came back it had been warmed up and the windows had been cleaned with a fast station wiper (the drips ran all over the side of the vehicle). We took it for a test drive and it seemed to be a good ride. about 15 minutes into the drive a burning oil smell entered the cabin. We pulled over to try and identify it and also to look for leaks and view the under side of the vehicle. The rust on the under side had clearly been sprayed over with under spray. We brought the vehicle back promptly and communicated the issues and questioned the lack of inspection sticker. We were argued with about the burning smell that it must be the brakes after sitting for a while. We were told it would get a sticker tomorrow if we wanted it. We said ok call us when its done and you have fixed anything it needs. We were contacted only 30 short minutes later that the vehicle had passed and the power steering pump failure was the cause of the burning. I questioned the tires as they were nearly bald and that the wipers did not properly clear the windshield (a requirement in our state). I asked for a second opinion and if I could take the vehicle to a third party mechanic. The response we received was that he brought the vehicle back in the garage for a second look and did agree the wipers would be replaced, but that the price had been posted on the sticker incorrectly and that it was now 1000$ more. We decided to abandon any sale with this company. They are putting illegitimate inspection stickers on vehicle changing prices and dishonest about vehicle issues.
