  This guy agreed to do a small construction job on our roof and then new roofing in SPRING 2021. It is now mid July 2022 and he still hasn't started the job. After I lost my cool and told him to get his a** over to start the job this week, he said he would be returning the $6000 deposit check and come get his scaffolding that's been in my backyard attached toy house since the spring. He still hasn't returned the deposit or retrieved his equipment. He doesn't use an actual signed contract and he communicates poorly with delayed text messages. Very unprofessional. Do not hire.

  she was never a customer , I did book the project in summer of 2021 my company was struck by covid numerous times , I made the actually client aware *** he agreed to hold off until 2022. client contacted me reguarding setting up pump staging so his ***** could heighten chimney for new roof. And the clients ***** used my power lift for several days. after chimney was done we recieved rain off and on. The week I and client discussed I would be there it had high risk of storms, project is to demo complete house roof including rafters. ive been in business many yrs , I do not find it very smart to rip a roof completely off with storms threatening thru out the day, then this lady texts me who ive had no conversations with and verbally abuses me, so i.simply said I will.return my clients deposit which he told me he wouldnt be home he was going back ****** for a.week. I waited for.client to be home and I went there and took staging down and gave him his deposit, this lady ***** has completely fabricated this story. I have copy of check will show anyone and.proof it was cashed. .thank you

  My husband *** and I both met *************** in Spring 2021 when they came to get data for an estimate. We we're both customers; all communication went through ***** cell phone. By Fall of 2021, we realized *** probably wasn't going to get to the job before winter, so *** and I both patiently agreed to wait until Spring 2022 to be "the first in line" to receive ***** services.Although *** referred a chimney professional, he failed to coordinate with him in late winter to prepare for the job, and that guy was unable to do the job when Spring 2022 rolled around. So, *** referred another chimney professional who was available to do the job but who needed to use some of ***** equipment as well as transportation. The second chimney professional arrived when he said he would and completed the job to excellent standards without incident. Once, after *** inquired about ***** starting date, he asked us to confirm the exact color metal roof we had requested, indicating that the material still hadn't been ordered. In the four weeks following the completion of the chimney work, *** attempted to communicate with *** numerous times. *** used the weather constantly as an excuse for not beginning the work, and once used the excuse that his guys had been working very hard on a tenement house with 5 layers of shingles, etc. Suddenly, July 4th was upon us. Everyone had a holiday. Another whole week went by, without anybody showing up to drop off materials, or prepare the work area in any way. The job was not a total roof demo as *** falsely claimed in his comments here. The job was a partial pitch change, backside of house only. *** told *** that he would only demo the front side roof and he'd build a wooden structure on top of the existing backside of roof and then put new metal on top of that.****** lost her patience on July 7th and told *** to get his *** to the house and start the job. *** was offended by a woman swearing at him so he decided to abort.*** did tell *** that he was returning to RI that week, however, he did not tell *** to wait 7 days until he removed his equipment and returned the deposit. *** showed up unannounced at 7am on Saturday morning to get his scaffolding and drop off a check. A check which he had deposited as a retainer in April of 2021! *** claims that the weather's been rainy, but he obviously didn't realize that most of ***** has been in a drought all summer. "This lady, *****" was at the house for the entirety of the week, waiting worriedly for *** and his associates to show up, and it sprinkled, lightly, for 30 minutes, late, on Thursday afternoon. One more thing; *** called the town to see if *** ever pulled a permit to do the job he agreed to do for us and they couldn't confirm that a permit had been issued.

  ***** has again fabricated all this information. I have text messages from *** and paper work. I never discussed this project with her. only *** , i also have text which i sent to bbb and rep agreed she shouldnt have been allowed to post all this false information. as of today bbb has proof of returned deposit and still allows this lady to spread false information. I have now canceled my bbb account after 5 yrs of paying the fees for them to do nothing and to not properly resolve this issue. bbb allows slander and defamation after given proof.
