    I consigned 16 items with an agreed 50/50 split of the sale proceeds. After many months without hearing from them, I visited asking for an update and received partial payment. Some items were still on the floor, so I took them back. Months later I went again looking for an update and was informed "since I didn't return in time, they did not owe me anything and had disposed of my items". I have forced them into an investigation and they have since provided a flimsy hollow response. These people are crooks and continue to cheat the public. ****** them on social media and you will see: *********************************************************************************************************************************

    I have attached a document as my official response. I also believe the selling process at CP is suspect and arbitrary and as a consignor I am not receiving the correct amount.

    Back on 4/23/2024, Cherished Possessions picked up furniture I agreed to give them to sell on consignment. I was told that I would get an agreement and when anything got sold, a check for my share. Ive called monthly and nothing has been forthcoming. No agreement, no inventory and no money! I was told that $170+Was due me in July. Nothing has been received.I want the money owed to me and accounting/status of my furniture awaiting sale. I have photographs of everything which could be evaluated should I have to take this business to court. I dont want to do that.They seem to have changed the business to a pub! That may be profitable for them but certainly not for the consignment sale of my furniture. I have talked to **** about this as well as ***(?) and woman who fills in when the two owners are unavailable.

    Near the end of May 2024 Cherished Possessions picked up items from ******* ******.  Please see attached list. 

    Inventory List - All 

    A check has been prepared and sent to ******* ***** for the sold amount of $159.60. (Copy of check attached.)

    Check #**** dated 10/18/24. It covers Item 1, 3, & 5 that have been sold. (Payout Detail it shows ********* 50% of the selling price that she is paid.

    ******* has three items still in the store for sale. Inventory List - Available & Past Expiration (nursing chair reproduction, ash cabinet, & large floor clock)

    We are still Cherished Possessions and have been for over 30 years. We have a restaurant & pub at this site as well. It is run separately from Cherished Possessions.

    The delay was the check needed an updated address when ******* spoke to the store it was added into the system. A check has been issued. If she has any questions, would you please let us know.
