      On 12/20/24 I began a free trial monthly subscription from Sweep & GO. The cost would be ***** for their "popular" middle tier subscription. I used the free trial period and had every intention of continuing with the subscription. My free trial cam and went and I thought nothing about it. I then was using my subscription and was directed by their tutorials to download their "free" plugin for Wordpress. Following their instructions I installed the plugin and jumped through the hoops to get it active. Once active I was unable to use the plugin without paying for what was advertised as free. I was upset for wasting time setting it up and I asked for a refund. After a brief back and forth text conversation. I was accused of not seeing it listed as a premium product, even though I had access to download and install with no notification of an upgrade being required. I wasn't issued a refund, but rather the transaction was deleted. Wanting to use their app I have gone back and looked at their pricing advertisement and again decided their middle tier would best suit me for now and purchased it. But looking at their advertised pricing and seeing the premium was $30 more a month I would try it. But then I went to upgrade to their premium plan only to find out I am on their lowest plan advertised at $15/month and I am paying $29/month, and their premium plan advertised at $59/month is actually $99/month. I am not an attorney, but that seems like false advertising to me. Again, I like their product but the business practices and pricing seems shady at best. I don't know that I am looking for personal reparations, as I am the bait and switch other customers might not even see. the images I have attache plainly shows the difference in pricing from advertised to actual charge.

      After reviewing your concerns, we would like to address the following points:

      Plugin Costs and Communication:
      The plugin you referenced is indeed labeled as "free" to download; however, some plugins require a subscription upgrade. This is clearly communicated in the POOfessional plan column on the pricing page. We regret that this caused inconvenience and confusion, and we are actively reviewing our messaging to ensure that future customers are fully informed about which features are included at each subscription level.


      Pricing Discrepancy:
      Regarding your concerns about the subscription plan pricing, we strive to maintain consistent and accurate pricing information across all platforms. The discrepancy you noted is concerning, and we are investigating this issue immediately to determine where the mismatch occurred. If you check the pricing page you will notice that the subscription pricing is per staff member chosen plan. If you have 18+ staff members, POOfessional Plan pricing per staff member is $59. If you have 1 to 3 staff members, the POOfessional plan pricing per staff member is $99. 


      Transaction and Refund Issue:
      Our records indicate that you have not been charged anything for the subscription or app store plugins therefore there is nothing we could refund you. See attached.  If further action is needed to address this, please dont hesitate to let us know, and we will work to resolve it swiftly.
