    I purchased two bracelet sets on May 13th. I paid express shipping as I needed them by the 19th and there were scheduled to arrive on 5/17 via ****. I still have not received them. I heard from Kylar Mack on 5/21 stating the package was lost and they can claim insurance and send me a link. I followed up asking to speak with someone as I was not clear on what that meant. I heard back from them on 5/29 saying that they can file a claim on June 4th with no further explanation as to what that means for if or when I will get my money or my product. At this point I would like my money refunded. I no longer want their product over this experience. Their phone number listed in not in service and I can't get anyone to respond over e-mail or instagram.

    I did hear from the business but never to resolve my complaint. They sent me an insurance claim form for the USPS lost package issue 2 weeks after I placed my order. But never assured me I would get a refund or a replacement product. I therefore contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. They resolved the dispute in my favor. I do not think the company Kylar Mack deserves any credit here.  This was a very poor consumer experience and I really don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
