    2 weeks prior to 8/13/22, I prepaid & was promised by *************************, ALLServe LLC a 1 bedroom aprt move at 8am on 8/13/2022 for a quoted price of $900.00. On 8/12/2022, wanting to confirm, I began calling/emailing Allied but couldn't get anyone. On the night before my move, I got through to dispatch who said they were working out some issues because it wasn't on the 'books' but there were 'post-it' notes all over the desk so he was having trouble scheduling it. He then found it in the system He said he understood my needs & would have movers there by 8-830amam. The next morning, around 9am, the movers hadn't showed. I called & finally received a call saying the original movers' couldn't come because one of the movers' babysitters fell through. The dispatcher said he was working on another crew of 3 guys to be there at 930am. I called at 945am as ***** had showed up & the new crew still weren't assembled but promised to be at my home soon. They finally showed up at 10:45am, about over 2.5 hrs past the agreed upon time. So, I had to move much of the items myself. After talking to the movers, they told, me they were on another move. This is NOT what I was told by dispatch. Although I has scheduled & pre-paid my move, it was mis-handled by either inept scheduling practices or miscommunication causing a major inconvenience to my additional moving schedule made clear to ****** when scheduled. I am also not able to submit a damage claim for 2 **************** paint . Documents were also sent that had malware ads causing my computer to 'crash' wherein I had to call Geek Squad to fix it. This happened twice. I have tried calling/emailing to ask for a price *********************** but no one will return my emails or calls.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  My complaint remains the same except the landlord where the movers moved my items from contacted me to tell me that they received complaints that neighbors saw that the movers truck knocked out a very large branch from one of the trees.   I saw this myself and dragged the branch with the help of another to a wooded area on the property.   In addition, because the movers took so much time, I had to move many of the boxes myself.   I would really like some sort of resolution from the mover.   Thank you.
