      Underestimate of boxes needed by 47. Poachers late arrival/ early leave first day. Second day they were behind. They had to come the third day while truck was being loaded. Mistakes in packing despite answering their questions. Was told I did not need to be on premise after walk thru. I was there 90% of the time. Enormous amount of wasted paper in boxes. Friendly at first but angry in the end, the packers had another job to go to. Attempted to tip them but they refused. Tossed money on van dash. Planner was accusatory of the box overage. Mr ********************** was extremely rude, condescending and bullying on the phone when asked about the box overage which cost 1000$. He had talked to the packers and refused to Elgar my side of the story. Both calls witnessed on speaker phone. There was someone with me at my house who witnessed the whole events. I was threatened that the 47 boxes would not be unloaded if I did not pay. Of course I would pay. I wanted to know how the estimate was so off on packing, how the time management of packers was off, and I was promised 3 packets and gir2.
