      I placed order on park2peak.com on December 29 and still didnt get my order. The jacket had a signature required. After month parcel was returned to sender and I still didnt get refund

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They still didnt return my money. I trying to get refund from end of january.

      Hello,

      This customer ordered two very expensive jackets from **. We shipped them immediately with a signature required, since it was going to a mail forwarding company that then forwards their products to the customer. This customer ordered the products from ********

      The jackets were shipped asap and delivered with a signature.

      The customer claims they did not receive the package. 

      We have been waiting to see if they were ever going to be delivered to the customer, since it was a mail forwarding company, and sometimes those take a while to clear customs, especially when items are shipped to *******, which is in a war.

      Maybe the customer should have filed a complaint with *****, the forwarding company? - ****************************************;

      We have refunded the customer the full amount and now have no product and no money. Photos attached of delivery and full refund to the customer.
