Don't park here! Unbelievable price for parking there for 2 hours. $44.00 dollars was what I was charged. I couldn't submit this without a star, but that is what I would give this company, a zero star. There was no posting of the cost when you entered the lot. There was no attendant in the building at the entrance to the lot, only a person standing in traffic flagging people in to park. There was a yellow sign that says pay here, pointing to a kiosk. The kiosk gave you directions, put in your plate number , your mobile phone number, and a credit card. Only after I put in my credit card did it tell me the charge. It was $44.00 dollars. This was a red flag, I looked the screen over trying to figure out a way to cancel the transaction, but I could not find a way. We were only going out to lunch, probably would be parked only 2 hours. Then I saw a time, and it had me coming at 11:30 a.m. which was correct, but it had me leaving at 2 a.m.. In the meantime I got a text saying my credit card had been charged $44.00. I could not find anyway to change the time. I figured maybe it would recalculate when I left. It did not. When i got home I checked my credit card statement and it was still $44.00 dollars, that had been charged. It cost the same amount to park that it did for 2 people to go out to lunch. I am very discouraged about the parking in the old port. Not too long ago, I tried to go out to lunch with a friend in the Old Port, and we ended up leaving the Old Port and going to Freeport, because there was no parking.
