    I wanted to reach out because I recently checked my charges for the week on my debit card and realized that I was overcharged for my order from March 25th, 2024.I ordered:1 large Korean bbq w/ grilled onions 1 small Korean bbq w/ grilled onions And 1 small thanksgiving When I went to pick up my order in store that I had called in, the lady tendered my payment and forgot to ask me if I wanted my receipt.The total posted to my account for $51.04 on March 27th, 2024.I just called that same exact store back today to see what the total would be and the worker said the total would be 30 something dollars and change.Im really upset because this place has become my favorite restaurant to get subs and Im frustrated that I didnt get a receipt and that I was over charged at this location!I believe the employees would benefit from additional training on communicating with customers what each sandwich price is, the whole total of the order and providing receipts. I hope management reaches out to me soon to rectify the issue.Respectfully,*******************************
